Events
We are having a blended Sikh wedding! Sikh weddings are colorful multi-day affairs with lots of different ceremonies. In the interest of time and sanity, we have combined a weeks worth of events into two days and one venue.
All the events are happening at the Triple S Ranch near Calistoga, CA.

Friday, July 26
Mehndi Night 5PM - 10PM
Join us as we kick off our weekend with the festive Mehndi night— a colorful event with lots of singing and dancing. Mehndi is essentially henna paste applied in intricate patterns. The henna is applied to the brides hands and feet, and tradition says the deeper the color, the happier the bride and groom will be in their marriage!
Guests can also opt to have mehndi applied! If you’d like to participate, wear shorter sleeves. Vibrant colored attire is recommended.

There will be a shuttle with service from Windsor, Santa Rosa, and Calistoga.

→ Santa Rosa — Flamingo Resort Hotel (2777 4th Street, Santa Rosa) @ 5:00PM and 5:25PM
→ Calistoga — Dr. Wilkinsons Hot Springs Resort & Spa (1507 Lincoln Ave, Calistoga) @ 5:50PM
Shuttles will be returning to each of those pickup locations later in the evening ~ 10PM.
Saturday, July 27
Sikh Ceremony 10AM - 1PM
The Sikh ceremonies traditionally start early in the morning. There will be beverages (tea, coffee, water) before the ceremony starts and a lunch will follow. The Sikh ceremony is religious and as such, there are some guidelines. All guests will need to remove shoes and cover their heads. Scarves and head coverings will be available, if needed. Seating is on the floor, with cushions/pillows for those who would like.
Free Time 1PM - 5PM
After the ceremony and lunch, there will be free time for everyone. There are plenty of things to do in Calistoga and the surrounding area, or you can opt to stick around and take a dip in the pool! We will also have light snacks, drinks, and activities for people who want to stick around at the venue.
As we get closer to the date, we will update the site with shuttle details to and from the venue from Calistoga — stay tuned!
Reception 5PM - 10PM
Cocktails, dinner, and dancing.
After Party 10PM - 1AM
Stick around for drinks and late night dancing.

This is a popular Best Western for many weddings in the Calistoga Area.

Other Options
There are other options for hotels in Calistoga, and you can also explore options in nearby cities like St. Helena or Santa Rosa — just keep in mind that we will only be able to provide shuttle service for the various events from Calistoga.
Getting Here
The closest airport is in Santa Rosa, but it’s a small regional airport that might not have very convenient times — your mileage may vary depending on where you’re flying in from, but it’s worth a look!
Sonoma County Airport (STS) → Calistoga ~30 minute drive or ride share
If you want to fly in to a major international airport, there are several options, but they will require a drive to the final destination — travel time from each airport is around 1hr 30min, but it will fluctuate with traffic.
Oakland (OAK) → Calistoga ~1hr 30min drive
Sacramento (SMF) → Calistoga ~1hr 30min drive
San Francisco (SFO) → Calistoga ~1hr 45min drive
