There is an overwhelming amount of things to look through. My recommendation for women is to avoid ‘saris’ as they are hard to tie and manage. The best options for women are ‘salwar kameez’ or ‘lehenga’. For men, ‘kurta pajama’.
If you’re not comfortable you absolutely don’t have to wear Indian clothing! Wear whatever is most comfortable for you.
